Top Knobs is making new additions to its decorative hardware catalog, set to debut at KBIS Virtual 2021: one new collection, Regents Park; new mixed-metal finish options for the Bit pull series; and new sizes for the Charlotte pull series and Bit pull series. The Regents Park collection, inspired by its namesake in London, takes design cues from European design and British estates. The Living Well collection combines 11 curated color palettes with two new paint varieties: SuperPaint with Sanitizing Technology and SuperPaint with Air Purifying Technology. According to the firm, each of the color palettes is chosen to “invite a sense of comfort, style, and well-being into the home.” SuperPaint with Sanitizing Technology contains antibacterial properties that can kill 99.9% of bacteria for up to four years, while SuperPaint with Air Purifying Technology is designed to reduce ambient odors and VOCs. sherwin-williams.com
Simpson Door Co.
Simpson has expanded its Redi-Prime interior door series to offer Redi-Prime Raised Panel Interior Doors. The new doors build on Simpson’s standard wood door construction with MDF veneers on stile and rail surfaces, solid double hip-raised MDF panels, and factory double-primed and sanded surfaces. Pella
The Pella Impervia casement and awning window series now features the manufacturer’s newly designed Easy-Slide Operator, which allows users to slide the operator up and down in order to close the window. For homeowners, the Easy-Slide Operator design allows for easier operation, while its low profile creates a streamlined appearance for designers. The operator has been tested to 20,000 cycles, or 54 years of daily operation. It will be available on additional product lines in late 2021. pella.com
Forza
With a strong silhouette and dynamic sculpting, Forza’s pro-style ventilation hoods are designed to match its “racecar-inspired” ranges and appliances. The hoods are available in wall or undercabinet variations, with two width options (30 and 36 inches) and three height variations (11, 18, and 24 inches). All hoods feature 1,200 CFM max suction, stainless steel baffle filters, illuminated button controls, and a built-in timer. GE Appliances
The GE Smart Electric Water Heaters with Flexible Capacity feature an integrated electronic mixing valve designed to deliver up to 60% more hot water during high-demand periods (versus comparable water heaters without mixing values). The high and extra-high capacity settings store large amounts of water in the tank at high temperatures, while the normal capacity setting can be used to save money and energy outside high-use periods. The integrated mixing valve adds cold water to the stored water to deliver the precise temperature requested by a user.

The redesigned Monogram Statement Collection Professional Range features a stainless steel body, edge-to-edge handles with brass caps, and strong brass accents throughout the appliance.
