The Kohler Co. Board of Administrators has elected President and Chief Govt Officer David Kohler to the extra function of Chair of the Board, following the passing of Govt Chairman Herbert V. Kohler, Jr. on Sept. 3 at age 83.
Kohler will chair the Board of Administrators and Govt Committee, along with his function as chief govt officer, which can embody full scope accountability for the three enterprise teams of Kohler Co. (kitchen & bathtub, energy, hospitality) and all enterprise features.
Kohler has been with Kohler Co. for over 31 years and was elected to the function of president and chief govt officer in 2015, having beforehand served as president and chief working officer since 2009.
