Over the course of Cory Anderson’s life, he has worked nearly every possible job at M&A, the very same company his grandfather founded in 1969. In 2020, Anderson became president.

I’m proud to be third-generation leadership,” Anderson said.

Anderson said that one of his biggest HVAC accomplishments was successfully navigating COVID-19.

“We were able to ramp up our customer service during this time to help aid our dealers’ growth,” Anderson said. “As a result, we have nearly doubled revenue since 2020.”

One recent project Anderson headed was the relaunch of the M&A Supply website and mobile app. Anderson saw the lack of an online space as a huge missed opportunity for M&A. After all, the old site didn’t even provide a way for customers to order directly from an online branch. Now, it’s entirely customer interactive. After launching the website back in May of 2023, the site has over 27,700 total logins/1,600 unique online users, contributing 12% of the company’s total sales. Additionally, the mobile app just received an upgrade that integrates with the website, allowing customers to place orders through their phone and manage their accounts.

Anderson has also put together a team in charge of running online campaigns to drive customers to making online purchases, offering them special online discounts, contractor rewards, exclusive offers, and additional benefits.

“This business is all about people and relationships, and I believe we have developed a leadership team that rivals anybody,” Anderson said.

Anderson has also helped establish one-year, three-year, and 10-year business plans for M&A.

“My goal is to position M&A Supply Company so that we’re the preferred choice for HVAC dealers who value a relationship with their distributor,” Anderson said.
