MANCHESTER, N.H. — New England HVAC distributor API of New Hampshire/Delta T was among 10 companies honored by LG Air Conditioning Technologies as a Partner of the Year.
The award recognizes API’s efforts in the areas of growth, customer service, and sales and delivery of advanced HVAC solutions for both residential and commercial needs, according to a press release from Marcone, API’s parent company.
“The teamwork, dedication, and ongoing commitment to customer service at API of NH and Delta T are what make this distributor stand out,” said regional vice president Ed Doherty. “The API team clearly goes above and beyond for their customers, so having that recognized by LG is a testament to their efforts.”
This is not the first time API has been acknowledged with an honor from LG. The company was named LG’s 2022 Northeast Distributor of the Year and National Partner of the Year. Partner companies in the award program are recognized because they enrich the customer experience through their proficiency in LG products, relationship-building, and regional installation capabilities, the press release said.
API operates out of eight locations in New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. Founded in 1969, the company is dedicated to serving and increasing the profitability of the independent HVAC contractor, and has expertise in hydronics and sheet metal fabrication, the press release said.
