SHERMAN OAKS, Calif. — The SEER Group is strengthening its California presence with the acquisition of Kilowatt Heating, Air Conditioning and Electric, which provides HVAC and electrical services in the San Fernando Valley. Kilowatt was founded in 1990.
The acquisition is the latest in The SEER Group’s ongoing efforts to partner with different companies and help them grow, a posting on Business Wire said.
