Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems celebrates a decade of impact with the 10th anniversary of Bryant Women in HVAC, a pioneering initiative that has empowered women across the heating and cooling industry since its inception in 2015. Bryant is a part of Carrier Global Corporation, global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions.
This year’s milestone is marked by the theme “Own the Momentum” — a tribute to the progress made and a rallying cry to keep pushing forward. What began with just 35 women has grown into a vibrant network of over 829 attendees from across North America, united by a shared commitment to leadership, growth and community.
“Being part of Bryant Women in HVAC from the very beginning has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career,” said Megan Hacker-Schnitzler, director of independent sales at Bryant. “Each event has deepened my knowledge, expanded my network, and introduced me to incredible women who’ve become lifelong friends. This initiative isn’t just about professional growth — it’s about building a community that lifts each other up and shows the industry what’s possible when women lead with confidence and purpose.”
Bryant Women in HVAC has created a dynamic space for women in the trades, offering networking, training and development opportunities that build confidence and prepare participants to lead and innovate.
Each year, hundreds of women gather at the annual Bryant Women in HVAC conference to celebrate their achievements, share best practices and refine their skills. The event features keynote speakers, breakout sessions, peer panels and roundtable discussions designed to foster leadership and personal growth. Past themes like “Discover Your Possible” and “Cause the Effect” have spotlighted the unique journeys of women in HVAC and encouraged attendees to lead with authenticity.
“From the beginning, our mission has been to support women-led dealerships and inspire the next generation to join this growing movement,” said Kathryn Mislow, senior channel marketing manager at Bryant. “The energy is real — and it’s ours to own.”
To celebrate this milestone, Bryant invites women in the trades, industry partners and allies to visit the Bryant Women in HVAC website to explore the program’s history, discover inspiring stories and use the Women in HVAC Dealer Locator to find and support local women-led HVAC businesses.
