Fast-Growing Southern California HVAC and Plumbing Contractor Expands to Sonoma County

WINDSOR, Calif. —
Same Day Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing, a growing HVAC and plumbing company based in San Diego, has expanded into Northern California with the opening of a new location, Same Day North Bay, in Sonoma County. Located at 600 American Way, the new branch began operations in in 2024.

This expansion reflects the company’s growth strategy following its success in San Diego since launching in January 2019. Same Day Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing quickly gained a reputation for high-quality service, reaching significant business milestones, including its first $1 million month in April 2022 and its first $2 million month in October 2022. In February, the company was named to the Inc. 5000 2024 Regional list of the fastest-growing privately held companies.

Wintersteller, who has more than 30 years of industry experience, is no stranger to the North Bay, having held leadership roles at HVAC companies in Santa Rosa and Walnut Creek.

The Windsor location is managed by Zachary Johnson, who has a diverse background in growing businesses across industries, including wealth management, media, healthcare, and environmental services. Johnson holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a Master of Arts in sport management.
