IAPMO’s Viola Elected World Plumbing Council Chair

Dave Viola, CEO of The IAPMO Group of the USA, was elected to a three-year time period as chair of the World Plumbing Council on the 2023 World Plumbing Convention.

Viola, who beforehand served on the WPC govt board as deputy chair, carries practically 30 years of senior administration expertise inside the plumbing and mechanical trade. He joined IAPMO in 2007 and was promoted to CEO in 2020.

Viola holds a level in mechanical engineering from Northern Illinois College and has served in such trade capacities as chair of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers A112 Committee on Plumbing, Board of Administrators of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Standardization and Testing, founding director of the Alliance for Water Effectivity, the World Well being Group Advisory Committee on Water High quality and the American Nationwide Requirements Institute Accredited Certification Committee.
