LG Launches New Program to Boost HVAC Dealer Growth and Training

ALPHARETTA, GeorgiaLG Electronics introduced “Pathway to Platinum,” a new program designed to help HVAC dealers enhance performance, training, and customer relationships through a combination of education, incentives, and business development tools. The initiative was unveiled at the 2025 LG Pro Dealer Summit held in Orlando, Florida.

The Pathway to Platinum program expands on LG’s existing Pro Dealer framework by rewarding contractors for their commitment to training, marketing participation, and customer service excellence. Participating dealers gain access to qualified sales leads, marketing support, and incentives that promote higher installation quality and improved customer satisfaction.

“Pathway to Platinum represents a significant evolution in how LG collaborates with its network of Pro Dealers,” said Dustin Ketchem, senior business development manager for LG Air Conditioning Technologies USA. “By combining advanced training, tools, and targeted support, LG is helping its dealers enhance service and strengthen their position within the HVAC market.”

To support dealer engagement, LG also launched the new LG Pro Portal mobile application, which extends the capabilities of the desktop platform to smartphones and tablets. The app enables dealers to access their dashboards, resources, and training schedules anytime and includes engineering support tools tailored for LG products.

The annual LG Pro Dealer Summit continues to serve as a key platform for contractor education and networking. This year’s event featured hands-on product demonstrations, workshops, and breakout sessions led by LG and industry experts, helping contractors expand their technical expertise and business strategies.

The summit concluded with the Pro Dealer Awards, recognizing top-performing dealers for excellence in sales, service, and customer engagement.
