The platform sends real-time notifications of precise leak locations to business owners and managers, as well as other designated personnel, and can shut water off when a leak is detected.
Trident consists of sensors, hubs and a smart base station. Valve controllers can also be integrated into the system, which will automatically and instantaneously shut off water when a leak is detected. Trident uses a secure RF-based network to transfer data from the sensors to the hubs, as well as to connect hubs to the SBS so updates can be transmitted. The SBS connects to the cloud over a dedicated ISP Ethernet line. An added layer of redundancy is created by a dedicated analog voice line or cell modem that serves as a backup network.
