The Malco Group introduced four new condensate mini pumps from Aspen Pumps, expanding its Mini White and Silent+ Gen5 Series product lines. The pumps are scheduled to be available in spring 2026 and are designed for residential and light commercial HVACR applications.
The new Aspen mini pumps incorporate intelligent capacitance sensing and variable speed technology, allowing the pumps to adapt operation based on condensate levels. This design removes the need for mechanical float switches and supports simplified installation.
Aspen Pumps Mini White
The Aspen Mini White is designed for below-unit ductless mini-split installations and supports both residential and light commercial systems.
Key specifications include:
Maximum flow: Up to 5 gallons;
Maximum head: 33 ft;
System capacity: Up to 7.5 tons / 90,000 Btu/h; and
Sound level: 21 dB(A).
The unit features a removable reservoir for access during service and is intended for visible installations where accessibility and straightforward maintenance are required.
Aspen Pumps Silent+ Gen5 Series
The Silent+ Gen5 Series includes three mini pump models designed for low-noise operation and flexible installation options. All models incorporate intelligent capacitance sensing and variable speed operation.
Silent+ Mini Aqua
Designed for in-unit and remote installations;
No moving parts requiring maintenance;
Compatible with ducted systems, floor-standing units, chassis units, and trunking applications; and
Sound level: 16 dB(A).
Silent+ Mini Orange
Designed for concealed installations such as ceiling voids and ducted units;
Supports systems up to 11.33 tons;
Maximum flow: 9.25 US gallons;
Sound level: 16 dB(A); and
Does not require dampers.
Silent+ Mini White Gen5
Supports internal or external installation;
Highest flow rate within the Silent+ Series;
Variable speed operation designed to increase pump life; and
Sound level: 16 dB(A).
