Total Comfort Group Acquires N.J. Contractor

EATONTOWN, N.J. — Total Comfort Group (TCG), a national, full-service provider of commercial HVACR, plumbing, and electrical services for multi-site commercial and retail operations, has acquired Victor’s Air Conditioning Co. Inc.

Based in Middlesex, N.J., Victor’s has been a provider of residential and commercial HVACR services since 1965. TCG plans to retain the personalized service and expert craftsmanship that define Victor’s while seamlessly integrating its resources and capabilities, a press release from TCG said.

TCG is dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition for Victor’s employees and customers, the press release said. As part of the transition, TCG will start expanding Victor’s service offerings, providing current and future customers with a range of HVACR, plumbing, and electrical solutions.
