When they aren’t busy running their company, both are deeply committed to giving back: Janeen focuses her time on empowering the next generation of tradespeople by advocating for women in the HVACR industry, while Justin dedicates himself to local civic service as a Board Member for Fox Valley Community Services, supporting seniors across the region.
