Contracting Group Conference Scheduled for March



FALLS CHURCH, Va. — Quality Service Contractors (QSC), an enhanced service group of the Plumbing-HeatingCooling Contractors–National Association (PHCC), is planning Catalyst 2026: Riding into the Future, which is scheduled for Monday, March 23, through Wednesday, March 25, at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Catalyst is an annual conference for plumbing and HVAC service and repair contractors, and focuses on strengthening leadership skills, business performance, and industry connections.

Attendees can expect a dynamic program designed to drive both personal growth and business success, according to a QSC press release. The conference will include:

• Hands-on workshops and expert sessions focused on accountability, prioritization, time management, and effective business strategies to drive measurable results.

• Networking and peer engagement sessions, peer group roundtable discussions, and informal meetups to build relationships across the industry.

Social and community experiences such as shared meals and social events, including an evening at the Cowboy Museum and gatherings at local favorites like Cattlemen’s Steakhouse.

Matthew Smiley, former special teams coordinator for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League, will deliver a keynote address designed to equip attendees with new leadership perspectives and the motivation necessary to face future challenges, according to the QSC press release. Catalyst 2026 is designed to be a collaboration hub for managers, business owners, and industry professionals to sharpen operational and leadership skills, expand professional networks, and gain practical takeaways to elevate business growth, the press release said.
