SAN FRANCISCO — HVAC financing and technology provider GoodLeap has launched its HVAC Lease program, which, unlike many lease programs that end in a large, unexpected buyout, gives homeowners a clear path to ownership from day one.
The lease includes annual maintenance and covered repairs backed by AIG, one of the world’s largest insurers.
