Hardcast® Pan-Grip™ is a multi-component, novolac-based, epoxy solution for sealing and repairing corroded or leaking drain pans and surfaces (while also preventing future damage). This solution allows you to restore the surface of drain pans without replacing them, avoiding significant costs. Pan-Grip is resistant to water and chemicals, doesn’t rust, and is self-priming and self-leveling when applied to properly cleaned metal condensate pans—creating a new, corrosion resistant, restored surface. The product can be applied using a brush, roller, trowel or spray, on either horizontal or vertical surfaces; and can even cure in standing water. With 100% solids, no solvents and no VOCs, Pan-Grip provides a safe and more durable repair option than standard paint solutions.
