Since Air-Tro moved to Monrovia almost 50 years ago, we’ve shared the neighborhood with our friends at Santa Fe Middle School.
Over the years, Santa Fe has helped shape thousands of young lives. Its impact can be seen in the achievements of former students, the dedication of its teachers and staff, and the strength of the Monrovia community itself.
This year marks the closing of Santa Fe Middle School, with its students transitioning to Clifton Middle School. While change is a natural part of life, saying goodbye to a school that has meant so much to so many is not easy.
For us, the connection to Santa Fe is personal. For the past 20 years, I’ve personally attended each 8th grade promotion ceremony and been privileged to hand out awards to its top students.
I’ve been proud to be a part of the school’s story all these years, and wish all its students, past and present, success on their future journey at Monrovia High School and beyond.
I’ll miss you kids.
