BOLINGBROOK, Ill. — Neuco Inc., which offers a wide range of HVACR controls and OEM replacement parts, has hired Dan Gawel as the senior director of operations.
Gawel has more than 20 years of experience in executive and senior management roles, having served in various leadership positions within private equity portfolio companies and privately held businesses, a press release from Neuco said.
In his new role at Neuco, Gawel will oversee distribution centers, warehouse teams, product data and information, logistics, facilities, and equipment. He is set to continue building on Neuco’s customer satisfaction-focused continuous improvement culture, the press release said.
Gawel earned a master’s in business administration from Elmhurst University in 2011.
