PHCC CONNECT 2026 Expands Education for Plumbing and HVACR Contractors

FALLS CHURCH, Virginia —

The Plumbing-HeatingCooling Contractors—National Association (PHCC) will expand educational programming at PHCC CONNECT 2026, scheduled for October 19-22 in Milwaukee.

The event will feature more than 20 educational sessions, panel discussions and roundtables focused on business and workforce challenges facing plumbing and HVACR contractors.

Programming will address workforce development, leadership, business operations, regulatory compliance, technology and strategies for building stronger contracting businesses. Industry experts and experienced contractors will lead the sessions.

Interactive roundtables will give attendees opportunities to exchange ideas and share practices with peers facing similar challenges.

One featured session is the Quality Service Contractors (QSC) Lunch & Learn: Stories from the Breakroom, presented by Nora Burns, The Undercover Employee™. Drawing on her frontline work experience and workforce research, Burns will discuss strategies for improving employee engagement, workplace culture and employee retention in the skilled trades.

Signatory contractors will have access to dedicated programming through PHCC’s Union-Affiliated Contractors (UAC) enhanced service group. Topics will include labor and employment law, collective bargaining, contractor obligations, behavioral health in the workplace and strategies for supporting employees through challenging situations.

Education will also continue through the expanded Product & Technology Showcase. Attendees can participate in Learning Labs, explore hands-on training opportunities and see manufacturer demonstrations of technologies and innovations for the plumbing and HVACR industries.

“PHCC CONNECT is where our industry comes together to share ideas, strengthen relationships and learn from one another,” said Jason Pritchard, president of the PHCC-National Association. “The education at CONNECT 2026 is designed to give attendees practical strategies they can take home and implement immediately while building the relationships that help move our industry forward.”

PHCC CONNECT 2026 will bring plumbing and HVACR professionals from across the country together for education, networking, industry insights, and the expanded Product & Technology Showcase.

The event will take place Oct. 19-22 in Milwaukee. More information is available at phccweb.org/CONNECT.
