MCKINNEY, Texas, and ATLANTA — SRS Distribution Inc., a subsidiary of The Home Depot, has completed its acquisition of Mingledorff’s, expanding its presence in HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies distribution.
The acquisition, which was previously announced on March 24, adds HVAC distribution as a new business vertical for SRS Distribution.
Mingledorff’s distributes heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, parts, and supplies through 42 locations across five southeastern states. The company serves both residential and commercial HVAC customers.
According to The Home Depot, the acquisition supports its strategy to expand services and product offerings for professional contractors. The company said it continues to build capabilities focused on large construction projects, renovations, repairs, and specialty trade work.
The Home Depot acquired SRS in 2024 to strengthen its position in specialty trade distribution across roofing, building products, interior construction products, landscape products, and pool supplies.
With the addition of Mingledorff’s, SRS gains an established HVAC distribution network, an expanded product portfolio, and customer relationships across the Southeast. The company said the acquisition also broadens access to HVAC parts and supplies for professional customers.
“The addition of Mingledorff’s represents another key milestone in our strategy to better serve the Pro with the most comprehensive product and service offerings,” said Ted Decker, chair, president, and CEO of The Home Depot.
Decker said the acquisition strengthens SRS’s distribution operations and expands inventory, fulfillment, and cross-selling capabilities for professional contractors, remodelers, and multifamily customers.

The companies said HVAC distribution represents an estimated $100 billion total addressable market. The Home Depot said the acquisition increases its total addressable market opportunity to approximately $1.2 trillion.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
