Noise-reduction features: The AMVM97 operates on low capacity as often and as long as possible, producing as low as 25% of the normal high-fire and circulating blower sound generated by furnaces with multi-speed motors. Quiet air circulation is provided by an efficient, quiet, variable-speed, circulator motor and an induced-draft blower that gently ramps up or down according to heating demand. The fully insulated cabinet features less than 2% air leakage, maximizing transfer efficiency while lowering blower noise.
IAQ equipment supported: Color-coded, low-voltage terminals offer provisions for an electronic air cleaner. Auto-Comfort and enhanced dehumidification modes are available. The furnace is compatible with the Clean Comfort Indoor Air Essentials family of filtration, humidification, dehumidification, purification, ventilation, and zoning products, as well as other IAQ products.
